When You Have Been Injured.

When you are hurt, whether in a car wreck, assault, or a simple accident, your natural reaction is shock and disbelief.   Then the realization that you need to put your life back together again sets in.  This is where we can help.

The party at fault for the accident and their insurance company will likely want to pay you as little as possible.  They will almost certainly take their time in paying anything.  In the meantime, medical bills, lost wages, and ongoing pain or disability may be interfering with your ability to meet your and your family's basic needs.

Todd & Shannon can negotiate with an adverse party -and, likely, their insurer -to attempt to obtain the best possible result on your behalf.  We can deal with creditors, medical services providers, even your employer to get you more time, preserve your credit and maximize your recovery.  If you or someone you love has been hurt, give us a call.

An initial consultation is always without cost.  We only take cases we believe in.  If we take yours, we can likely so do so on a contingency basis in which our fees are a percentage of anything we recover on your behalf.  You will not be charged a fee unless and until you receive a settlement or jury award.

Insurance and other companies typically have adjusters and lawyers on their side.  You owe it to yourself to even the playing field.

At Todd & Shannon, we will bring our collective experience to bear on your behalf.  As lawyers, we owe you a duty of confidentiality and exclusivity, meaning we will preserve your confidences and work only for your interest.  We take these obligations seriously and will work tirelessly to further your goals.
